Kate is a long-term member of our team, and enjoys her role as Team Leader. It is Kate’s attention to detail, results orientated nature that means she achieves personal success and can teach others in the team through her warm and approachable attitude. Kate came to us several years ago after making a huge move from the UK to Melbourne to pursue her travel dreams and advance her love of recruitment.
Initially intending to forge a career in Law, Kate completed her degree at Nottingham Trent University in the UK with honours. It was whilst in her final year that Kate took a role in recruitment and decided it offered her the right mix of legal interpretation and people skills to forge a long-term career. Kate is currently studying her Post Graduate qualification in Human Resource Management to further extend her knowledge and offering to clients and candidates.
Kate enjoys taking the extra time to get to know her candidates, she ensures every role is right for them through carefully assessing their work history and skill set. With an eye for great talent, Kate regularly finds herself celebrating in the achievements of her clients and candidates and is really considered and extension of their team. Possessing an impeccable recall, she is described as ‘personable and warm’, ‘on the ball’ and ‘knowledgeable and professional,’ regularly receiving high praise from both her clients and candidates.
